Founder and Team

Characterized by an open and communicative company culture as well as flat hierarchies, we put respect towards our customers and colleagues in the first place. The people behind Seidenschwarz & Comp. are as different as the challenges they are facing every day. Our associates and consultants are different ‘types’ for whom working in an interdisciplinary and intercultural team is daily business. Project teams are an assembly of members of staff with a business administration, economic and/or engineering background. They possess industry, university and consulting experience and come from different regions of the world.

The company was founded in 2001 by Professor Dr. Werner Seidenschwarz. After receiving a doctorate and promotion to professor at Stuttgart University he worked as Professor for Economics at Technical University of Munich and as Associate Lecturer at Stuttgart University, HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, LIMAK Johannes Kepler University Business School and the National University of Singapore.
