Strategy is responsible for creating a unique and sustainable market position. Essential for such a strategy is the consistent interaction of the business processes in the implementation process and the cooperation of all involved employees and partners. If this is stabilized, a company can act faster than its competitors in the market. Such companies act in accordance with the principles "from strategy to action", "what gets measured gets done" and "only the truth of the customer counts." The implementation is equally important as the strategy development.

Developing and implementing an excellent strategy is similar to climbing a challenging mountain, including the associated preparations. Is the common goal clearly defined and communicated? Is the team properly prepared and trained? Are alternative ways to reach the goal elaborated? Do all have the necessary tools and know-how at hand? Are different scenarios, especially worst-case scenarios, considered? And at the very beginning: did you choose the right mountain?
